Alex Brisbourne has over 20 years of experience in the networking and telecommunications industry in companies all over the world, including in Europe, North America, and Asia. Most recently, he has joined Aegis Management, an early stage technology incubator, as a General Partner. His previous experience includes serving as General Manager for Microcell, the Canadian GSM operator, where he launched the first 2.5G GPRS network in North America. In addition, he was Senior Vice President of Wavetek Wandel Goltermann, a leading test systems developer based in North Carolina. Under his leadership as President, Gandalf Technologies became the worldwide #1 supplier of LAN access products to the internet access market. Mr. Brisbourne has extensive experience in wireless, enterprise, and fixed-line services, and he sits on the Advisory Boards for a number of technology companies in the U.S. and Canada. In 2015, Mr. Brisbourne served for a year as Chairman of the IoT M2M Council, the largest and fastest-growing IoT and M2M trade group.
James Yersh is the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Corporate Development where he is responsible for all aspects of the company’s financial operations as well as key cross functional projects and partnerships. Prior to joining KORE, James previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of BlackBerry, a global leader in secure mobile communications. In this role, he was responsible for all aspects of the Company's financial operations and investor relations, including consolidated and legal entity accounting, the external reporting function, insurance programs, as well as a number of aspects of management reporting and results analysis, and the consolidation of forecasts and plans. James has more than 15 years of experience in the technology and telecommunications industries. Prior to joining BlackBerry, he held various senior positions at Cognos Incorporated and Deloitte in Canada. James graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor or Commerce (Hon. Accounting) from the University of Ottawa.
Sue Holub is KORE’s Chief Marketing Officer where she leads all marketing functions globally spanning vision, strategy and execution. Her responsibilities include building momentum and delivering clear results across brand management, demand generation, product marketing, customer marketing and segmentation, marketing communications, influence marketing and marketing operations.
Prior to joining KORE, Sue served as Vice President of Marketing for Lexmark Enterprise Software, the enterprise software division of Lexmark International. In this role, she led and developed the global marketing function to deliver increased revenue and profitability worldwide through demand generation, market awareness, thought leadership and customer retention. Sue brings more than 20 years of executive, marketing and business development experience across the technology, telecommunications and services industries. Prior to joining Lexmark, Sue held various senior positions at Impellam Group, Fiserv, and BellSouth. She is a Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Pragmatic Marketing® Certified, and actively participates in a number of marketing, technology, and management associations. Sue graduated cum laude from American University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Communications and Spanish.
Mike Coffey is responsible for major operational functions, including the rapid integration of the businesses and their respective technologies. For the past eight years, Mr. Coffey has leveraged an early background in software development and networking to successfully lead two technology-enabled companies as CEO: Wyless and RISI, a niche SaaS data business. Earlier in his career, Mr. Coffey was the technology executive at CMP Media, responsible for an online technology platform during a time of extensive growth. Before that, he served as a managing consultant for e-commerce software provider ATG. He graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Computer Science from RPI in upstate New York.
Miguel Garcia is EVP of Product and Services Management, responsible for the strategy and lifecycle of KORE’s product portfolio. An executive with extensive international experience, Mr. Garcia has led global product teams, with a proven-record of defining and building leading-edge products and solutions from concept to commercial success. Prior to KORE, Mr. Garcia was SVP of Engineering at OpenText (NASDAQ:OTEXT) responsible for product management and development of the Business Network, the world’s largest B2B Integration Network. OpenText acquired GXS Inc, where Mr. Garcia was CTO and SVP of Product Development. Before GXS, Mr. Garcia was SVP of Products at SAP, where he lead product management and development of SAP’s portfolio of products for Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC). Mr. Garcia has held product leadership roles at Business Objects, S1 and CanDo.com. Earlier in his career Mr. Garcia was one of the pioneers at CNN.com where he lead the development of technologies for the production and multi-device distribution of CNN content. Mr. Garcia has a M.S in Computer Science from the SUNY at Stony Brook and a B.S. in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Javeriana in Bogota Colombia.
Mr. Healy has over 20 years of technical leadership experience in telecommunications markets. As Vice President of Engineering at Timeplex, a leading equipment manufacturer, he was responsible for 180 development staff operating in the U.S. and Switzerland. From 1997 to 2002, he held the position of Vice President of Engineering for Wavetek Wandel Goltermann, a leading test systems developer based in North Carolina. From 2003 to 2008, Mr. Healy was Vice President of Engineering at Elgar Electronics in California, developing a new generation of high-precision power control systems. Prior to joining KORE in 2011, he was engaged with Verizon Wireless, focusing on Alltel integration activities and the successful launching of the Verizon Open Development Initiative. Mr. Healy holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Texas – Dallas.
Mr. Lluberes founded Position Logic, a subsidiary of KORE, and is the company’s Applications Architect. He has over 20 years of experience in the software development industry, including positions as Senior Engineer for Books Are Fun; Software Developer Consultant for Security Benefit Group; Senior Professional Service Consultant and Architect for MediaBrains Inc.; and Cygnus Track Architect, Product Manager, and Sales Manager. Mr. Lluberes has extensive knowledge and experience with full life cycle, multi-user client/server development; full life cycle e-commerce/intranet development; relational database design and implementation; and designing and building scalable, reusable frameworks.
With over 15 years as a high-energy Sales Executive with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional results, Mr. Metzler joined the KORE M2M IoT team from Firethorn (a Qualcomm company), where he headed the expansion of their unique mobile payments services. His practical experiences in strategic sales and channels management in the networking and telecommunications markets, earned during his time spent at 3COM Corporation and T-Mobile(among others), are invaluable assets to the KORE telecommunications team.
Alexander Bufalino joined KORE in October 2016 and serves as SVP International Sales & Marketing.
He previously served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Telit. Mr. Bufalino joined Telit in 2005 at the very beginning of the company’s initial globalization push with the task of reforming the brand from that of a European company, built solely for the European market, to that of a global leader in M2M/IoT carrying not only machine to machine communications (M2M) but also other cellular technology products. Mr. Bufalino joined as Marketing Director and in the 11-year tenure with Telit progressed with the titles of Vice President of Global Marketing, Senior Vice President of Global Marketing, Executive Vice President of Global Marketing and Chief Marketing Officer. One of Alex’s top contributions to bring and keep Telit in the brand awareness forefront in the industry was “telit2market” magazine. Every year starting in 2006 Mr. Bufalino produced and distributed telit2market worldwide. The magazine was dedicated to all players in the M2M and later IoT ecosystem. It ran for 10 years and by the time the printed version of the magazine was retired after its 10th edition, it had reached over one million readers in print and online views. Alex serves as the chairman of the The International M2M IOT Council the largest and fastest-growing trade organization in the IOT/M2M sector with over 18,000 OEMs, enterprise users and apps developers as members.
Marion Code has almost 20 years of experience in the telecommunications field, most of it in human resources. After many years at Nortel, Ms. Code moved to Sprint Canada, where she established and grew the HR function during a period of rapid expansion. Since then, Ms. Code has worked with a number of companies on a consulting basis to provide HR expertise and design employee programs to suit the particular needs of the organization. She originally joined the KORE telecommunications team in a similar capacity in 2013. Ms. Code holds a B.A. in Organizational Psychology and an M.B.A. from the University of Western Ontario.

Terence Jarman is the CEO of Terrdian, Inc., a privately held global investment and consulting company focused on the technology and telecom sectors. He has extensive North American and global experience in the telecom and internet industry. Previously, he was the CEO at Teleglobe, Inc., Vice Chairman at Bell Canada, Group Director at Videotron, UK, and CEO at Bell Nexxia.
Richard Burston is a successful entrepreneur and private equity investor. He was employed by Morgan Stanley before 1991, when he founded Regency Capital International Limited, a London-based merchant bank. From 2002 to 2004, he was the CEO of Bostream AB, following Regency Capital’s purchase of a majority interest in the company. He built Bostream into Sweden’s leading independent broadband ISP before selling the company in 2004. Mr. Burston is a Canadian citizen and has a B.A. in Economics from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Blake Battaglia joined ABRY in 1998 from the Investment Banking Department of Morgan Stanley. Mr. Battaglia has been integrally involved in originating and supervising a variety of media, communications, business, and information services investments and financings. His areas of focus have included broadband and communications infrastructure; cable television; telecommunications; and software, information, and business services. Mr. Battaglia is an honor graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and serves on the Advisory Board to the Ernest Cockrell College of Engineering at his alma mater.
Rob MacInnis joined ABRY in 1998 from Weather Services Corporation, an ABRY portfolio company. Previously, Mr. MacInnis was associated with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was a senior manager in the Merger and Acquisition Group. He has worked with numerous ABRY portfolio companies in publishing, business services, couponing, and other areas. Mr. MacInnis is a Certified Public Accountant, received an M.B.A. summa cum laude from Boston University, and is a summa cum laude graduate of Merrimack College.
Rob Nicewicz joined ABRY from the Technology, Telecom & Digital Media Group of Harris Williams & Co. He is involved in media, communications, and business information services investments in the data center services, cloud computing, insurance, telecommunications, and internet services sectors. Mr. Nicewicz graduated magna cum laude from Babson College.
Tomer Yosef-Or joined ABRY in May of 2005 from the Financial Institution Group at Bear Stearns Investment Banking Department. Previously, he was a member of the Securitization Transaction Group and Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Yosef-Or is involved in media, communications, and business information services investments in the data center services, education, satellite communication, and internet services sectors. He is an honor graduate of the Rutgers Business School’s Undergraduate -New Brunswick Program.
