Past positions have included CEO at Teleglobe Inc., Vice Chairman at Bell Canada, Group Director at Videotron, UK and CEO at Bell Nexxia.
Richard Burston | Vice Chairman
Richard Burston, a successful entrepreneur and private equity investor, founded Regency Capital International Limited, a London-based merchant bank in 1991. From 2002 to 2004, He was the CEO of Bostream AB, following Regency Capital's purchase of a majority interest in the company. He built Bostream into Sweden's leading independent broadband ISP, prior to selling the company in late 2004. Before founding Regency Capital in 1991, he was employed by Morgan Stanley. Mr Burston, a Canadian citizen, has a B.A. in Economics from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Alex Brisbourne | Chief Executive Officer
Alex has over 20 years of experience in the networking and telecommunications industry, in Europe, North America and Asia and most recently, as a General Partner in Aegis Management, an early stage technology incubator. His experience includes serving as General Manager for Microcell, the Canadian GSM mobile operator, where he launched the first 2.5G GPRS network in North America and Senior Vice President of Wavetek Wandel Goltermann, a leading test systems developer, based in North Carolina. Under his leadership, as President, International, Gandalf Technologies became the worldwide #1 supplier of LAN access products to the internet access market. Alex has extensive experience in wireless, enterprise and fixed line services and sits on the Advisory Board of a number of technology companies in the USA and Canada. In January, Alex was voted Chairman of the International IoT M2M Council, the largest and fastest-growing IoT and M2M trade group.
Blake Battaglia | Partner, ABRY Partners
Blake Battaglia joined ABRY in 1998 from the Investment Banking Department of Morgan Stanley. Blake has been integrally involved in originating and supervising a variety of media, communications, business and information services investments and financings. Areas of focus have included broadband and communications infrastructure, cable television, telecommunications, and software, information and business services. Blake is an honors graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and serves on the Engineering Advisory Board to the Ernest Cockrell College of Engineering at The University of Texas.

Rob MacInnis joined ABRY in 1998 from Weather Services Corporation, an ABRY portfolio company. Previously, Rob was associated with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was a senior manager in the Merger and Acquisition Group. He has worked with numerous ABRY portfolio companies in publishing, business services, couponing and other areas. Rob is a Certified Public Accountant, received an MBA summa cum laude from Boston University and is a summa cum laude graduate of Merrimack College.

Rob Nicewicz joined ABRY in 2009 from the Technology, Telecom & Digital Media group of Harris Williams & Co. Rob is involved in media, communications, and business information services investments in the data center services, cloud computing, insurance, telecommunications, and internet services sectors. Rob graduated magna cum laude from Babson College.

Tomer Yosef-Or joined ABRY in May of 2005 from the Financial Institution Group at Bear Stearns Investment Banking Department. Previously, he was a member of the Securitization Transaction Group at Deloitte & Touche. Tomer is involved in media, communications, and business information services investments in the data center services, education, satellite communication, and internet services sectors. Tomer is an honors graduate of the Rutgers Business School New Brunswick Undergraduate Program.
