For instance, we are all familiar with the "ultimate bundles" of triple- and quad-play packages where services such as cable TV, high-speed Internet, wireless and landline phone services are bundled to streamline the consumer experience. The benefits of consolidating services into one provider are compelling. You have only one company to pay; one number to call when there is problem; one Website to navigate for new services; and you'll get a discount on top of everything you buy. This type of services consolidation has proven to be very successful for consumers, so why has the Power of One been more difficult to apply to business-to-business (B2B) services?
