Terence Jarman — Chairman
Terence Jarman is the CEO of Terrdian Inc., a privately held global investment and consulting company focused on the Technology and Telecom sectors. He has extensive North American and global experience in the telecom and Internet industry. Past positions have included CEO at Teleglobe Inc., Vice Chairman at Bell Canada, Group Director at Videotron, UK and CEO at Bell Nexxia. 

Chris Scatliff — Founder & CEO
Formerly President and CEO of UUNET Canada (now MCI Canada), Chris Scatliff was also a member of UUNET's International Management Board with executive responsibility for Latin America. Mr. Scatliff served on the Canadian Government Ministerial Advisory Group for the 1998 OECD Conference in Ottawa. Previously he was Vice President and Managing Director for Europe, Middle East, and Africa for Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) based in London, England. He has also held management positions at Instor Corporation, Group/West, American Express companies, and IBM.

Alex Brisbourne – President & Chief Operating Officer
Alex Brisbourne has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, in Europe, North America and Asia and is a General Partner in Aegis Management. He has served as General Manager for Microcell, the Canadian GSM mobile operator; Senior Vice President of Wavetek Wandel Goltermann, the leading test systems developer, based in North Carolina; and as President, International for Gandalf Technologies Inc. He has extensive experience in wireless, enterprise and fixed line services and sits on the Advisory Board of a number of technology companies in the USA and Canada. Mr. Brisbourne is a Member of the UK Chartered Institute of Marketing.

John Brunette
John Brunette brings more than twenty years of experience in the telecommunications industry, and is currently the Chief Legal and Administrative Officer for Iridium. He was previously the CEO of Teleglobe where he also had served as the Chief Legal and Administrative Officer for the company and its subsidiaries. Before Teleglobe, he was at MCI Communications Corporation where he led the company's corporate legal group. He began his career with the Satellite Business Services division of IBM Corporation until MCI acquired it in 1986. He holds both a Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate from the Catholic University of America and is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association.

Richard Burston
Richard Burston, a successful entrepreneur and private equity investor, founded Regency Capital International Limited, a London-based merchant bank in 1991. From 2002 to 2004, He was the CEO of Bostream AB, following Regency Capital's purchase of a majority interest in the company. He built Bostream into Sweden's leading independent broadband ISP, prior to selling the company in late 2004. Before founding Regency Capital in 1991, he was employed by Morgan Stanley. Mr Burston, a Canadian citizen, has a B.A. in Economics from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Paula Jagemann
Paula Jagemann is Founder and Director of eCommerce Industries, Inc. (ECI2), a $30 million software company founded in 1999. She is also the President of Frederick County, Maryland’s bioscience and information technology business incubator, and serves on the Board of the Frederick Memorial Hospital and BroadStar Communications; and as Editorial Entrepreneurial Advisor with the Kauffman Foundation’s eVenturing web portal. Previously, Ms. Jagemann was at OnlineOfficeSupplies.com, where she took the first pure-play online office products dealer to $20 million revenues per year in just 18 months. From 1994 to 1998, she was Vice President of Investor & Public Relations and Vice President, Communications Office of the CEO for UUNET Technologies, Inc. She received the National Woman Business Center’s Leadership Award in 2004; was an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist in 2001; and a ComputerWorld Smithsonian Award nominee in 1998. Ms. Jagemann graduated Cum Laude from Hood College with a B.A. in Economics.
