Our dual Network Centers – in Atlanta, GA and Winnipeg, MB – manage all our customer messaging and IP traffic with 24/7 hot standby and load balancing support with our operator partners. No other provider goes to these lengths for reliability.

KORE platforms manage both ‘sides’ of the network connectivity puzzle. You connect to us once, irrespective of the market or markets you may operate in. We manage all aspects of the onward connectivity, for both revenue-generating traffic flows and business systems interfaces. All KORE platforms are managed under our overall PRISM™ and SID™ Platform Services. PRISM™ is our external face – the systems you see and use – while SID™ is our own business support system. All aspects of SID™ are real-time services. Up-to-the-minute data shows usage, activations, even Trouble Ticket status, for every account, and every device.

And, to ensure that you will always get 100% performance, each and every platform is separate and hot redundant.

And, unlike many alternative suppliers, who only resell an operator’s rate package, never to touch your application or traffic again, we can see and support all live traffic through our own tools and systems at all times.

Finally, our network monitor alerts and message systems are directly tied in to our operator services. In many cases, we have visibility of network performance to an individual cell tower. This results in much more rapid, focused, diagnostics should problems arise – and more rapid Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) for you, our customer.
