OEM Partners
A wireless data application has many moving parts. The ability to support complex applications – with many that are expected to be in service for many years, often in hostile environments – requires great integration of radios, devices, applications and the network that binds them all together.
From the very start of the KORE Telematics business, we decided that the choice of equipment is best left to our customers. Only you know the special needs of your own application and business model. But, radio modems play a critical part in the service delivery. Though inexpensive, a modem is constantly dealing with changing standards – TCP/IP stacks, radio frequency adjustments, the ability to configure and load changes Over-the-Air (OTAC) – and its performance and certification in a nationwide network makes the difference between a successful service delivery, and a disaster!
While KORE is independent of devices – we don’t sell any equipment – we have established close, formal relationships with many leading OEM’s which gives KORE unique insight into the availability of devices as well as their capabilities and performance. Through our formal technical relationships with partners including Enfora, Siemens, MultiTech, Telit and Wavecom, initial deployment and certification through to in-service troubleshooting is speedily completed.
With many leading OEM’s having a close partnership with KORE, you can be assured that a service based on this equipment has been tested to work with the KORE network in all markets shown.
