Back-Office Capabilities

Our systems have been developed with a sole focus of wholesale, and M2M, service needs, and are organic in nature, constantly evolving to meet the changing needs of M2M solution providers. 

Provisioning Systems
KORE Telematics systems are connected directly into our operator partner’s provisioning systems. This ensures accurate, real-time, activation and feature control. There is no manual hand-off, no need to call ‘human’ service centers – though, of course, we can always be reached if you need us! – and this flow-through design ensures that activations performed in your own portal system accurately configures your units in the field with almost no delay. Web or API tools for integrating to your platform are provided.

Low network use "threshold" monitoring
Within the PRISM gateway every device in use by you can be independently monitored for over-use, greatly reducing risk of run away bills or for rapid fault detection.

Support Systems
KORE’s internal trouble ticket system ensures accurate tracking, assignment and resolution of issues supporting various tickets types including trouble reports and other general requests. Issues can be requested via phone, email, fax or directly into our back office systems using the Ticket Submission feature in our PRISM Web Portal. 

System Surveillance
We monitor all of our network elements on a 24 hour per day, 7 day a week basis from our Network Operations Center. KORE’s technical staff is also available on an emergency 24/7 basis.

Pro-active Outage Notifications
To ensure our customers are notified for pending network activities, KORE provides email-based outage notifications one week prior to any service impacting planned network maintenance.

Detailed Electronic Usage Details
KORE’s back-office system monitors, tracks and reports on every network level transaction created by either SMS, packet data (GPRS/EDGE) or voice usage, as applicable. These details can be requested for ad hoc review/analysis on specific devices or can be provided as service on a monthly basis.
