With network performance and capacity usage being critical to help in optimizing service design, KORE has built platform services that provide rapid access to data, and standardized test service systems, to help you speed to market.

Packet Data and messaging (SMS) Usage Analysis
KORE can provide CDR’s (Call Detail Records) extremely rapidly. There is no ‘waiting for the month end bill to arrive’ to help you determine usage while testing. Typically, records are available each day, allowing near real-time analysis and re-test. The PRISM platform even includes per SIM monitor tools to alert you quickly before use costs run away on any device. Usage records that include total bytes, bytes uplink and bytes downlink per GPRS session, an analysis of actual usage, including payload and protocol overhead are available. By clearly understanding your device traffic patterns you can determine your solution costs and build your technical and business solutions in tandem.

SMPP Application Testing
When delivering a new application using the KORE SMS Gateway services, your application must connect to KORE’s systems using SMPP. KORE provides a comprehensive test plan for all new SMPP applications, so ensuring that all of our partner’s systems meet a high technical standard, and will continue to work well over an extended lifespan. This testing process, which is comprehensively documented and is quick to complete, also ensures the maximum efficiency of your application design and implementation.
