KORE understands this requirement and provides the PRiSMPro Web Portal to our partners to meet this need. The PRiSMPro™ Web Portal is available for your use 24/7, 365 days a year, and interfaces directly into the KORE back office systems and technical support service platforms.
Device Management
The Device Management interface allows you to manage your inventory by placing stock orders, manage your own activations, feature change requests or simply query your SIMs to identify features and activation status - all in real time, seven days a week.
Comprehensive Device Control
From user-defined, per device threshold use monitoring to service failure management, the web (or API-based) PRiSMPro™ portal is your window to your field inventory.

Support
You can create and manage trouble tickets directly in the PRiSMPro™ portal. This automatically creates a ticket in KORE’s back office system and ensures that your specific request is dealt with directly, with no errors, and no time lag.
