Companies Enter into Joint Marketing Agreement

Los Angeles - CTIA Wireless IT & Entertainment Expo - September 11, 2006 – Telit Wireless Solutions, Inc., the US-based m2m mobile technology arm of Telit Communications (AIM:TCM), and KORE Telematics, a leading specialized provider of wholesale digital wireless services for the m2m market, today announced they have entered into an agreement to co-market their respective solutions. Telit and KORE will promote each other's services and products to North American application integrators, service partners, and end customers to elevate each company's sales efforts and accelerate industry adoption of m2m wireless technology.

"Telit's outstanding customer-focused approach combined with proven success in Europe, coupled with exceptional leadership in their new North American operation makes them an ideal forward-looking partner," said Alex Brisbourne, president and chief operating officer of KORE Telematicss. "By working together, we will provide mobile application integrators an end-toend solution that enables quicker time-to-market with reduced technical risk for their cellular applications."

For Telit and KORE customers, cellular device selection and wireless service are the critical, and typically the most complex, components of an m2m solution. Together, these companies provide the skills, resources, and expertise required to assist their customers with identifying and deploying the critical components in their total m2m solution.

By jointly developing and delivering on-going support and technology enhancements to improve life-cycle ownership experiences, Telit and KORE aim to shorten the amount of time taken for application integrators and service partners to integrate, test, and launch new services. Offering an end-to-end solution incorporating each company's respective technologies will reduce problem identification and resolution times in all stages of the service life cycle, while minimizing the time and cost associated with device approvals and certifications.

"KORE shares our customer-driven approach to the m2m mobile communications marketplace. Their support will prove invaluable in advancing our initial marketing efforts in North America," said Roger Dewey, President & CEO of Telit Wireless Solutions Inc. "Together, we will focus our efforts on making the customer's success our number one priority."

KORE Wireless, a provider of wireless access services, provides all functions usually available from mainstream mobile communications operators, but with even more flexibility. Through its modular set of components, application integrators, service partners, and end customers can assemble custom m2m services through the integration of standardized elements at lower cost. KORE enables a full suite of wireless capabilities including GPRS, 2-way SMS, GSM voice, mobile emulation, WAP and static IP services, and even mobile mail applications.

Telit's m2m GSM/GPRS modules allow machines, equipment or vehicles to interface with each other via mobile communications networks. Telit's approach to m2m is unique—their products are divided into families, each tailored to different levels of integration and volumes according to application size and production scale, and each addressing distinct application groups such as telematics, fleet management and automatic meter reading. Within these families, products have the same form factor and functionality irrespective of their wireless technology (GSM, CDMA).

The advantage for customers is immediately apparent because all modules within a family are interchangeable, due to uniformity in size, shape, connectors and software interface. Customers can easily replace any module with its successor because there is little or no change required to the application.

There are at least ten times more machines, equipment, vehicles, and robots than there are humans in the world, creating a critical need to transfer information efficiently between machines or from machines to humans. The relatively new m2m industry delivers increased efficiency, time savings, improved customer orientation, and greater flexibility. According to ABI Research, the m2m market in North America is expected to generate sales of over ten million units in 2007 and have an annual growth of 32% through 2011.
