Atlanta, GA and Toronto, ON—April 28th 2010—KORE Telematics, the world's largest digital wireless services provider specializing in machine-to-machine (M2M) communications, today announced the appointment of Robert (Bob) Metzler and Stein-Erik (Stein) Soelberg to the positions of Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing, and Marketing Director, respectively.

Prior to joining KORE, Metzler was senior vice president of retail and merchant services for Firethorn, a Qualcomm subsidiary. In his capacity at T-Mobile, he led the sales and marketing activities for its highly successful Wi-Fi hotspot business unit and also spent 15 years – the last three in the role of U.S. vice president of sales and service – at 3COM Corporation. Bob holds a BSc from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Soelberg joins KORE from Cbeyond, a leading communications and IT services provider where he held the position of Director of Marketing Communications. He has extensive experience in both the wireless and Internet markets, having been an integral part of the launch team of EarthLink Wireless, EarthLink's MVNO (now Helio), as well as in senior marketing positions at Yahoo! and Netscape Communications. Stein holds a BA in Political Science from Williams College and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
