TORONTO AND EDMONTON, AB—August 10, 2010—KORE Telematics, the world's largest digital wireless services provider specializing in machine-to-machine (M2M) communications, today announced that Safefreight Technology, a leading developer of fleet management solutions has entered into an agreement with KORE Telematics to power its ongoing growth. Safefreight, the official mobile security supplier for the IZOD IndyCar Series, will use the KORE network to monitor the location and security status of each Indy car transport trailer and logistics support vehicle. KORE provides ubiquitous and reliable wireless coverage seamlessly across Canada, the U.S. and Mexico for this successful series.
Smartfleet™, Safefreight's easy-to-use GPS fleet tracking system, is deployed on the KORE network. The Smartfleet solution enables fleet managers to increase productivity, reduce operating costs, improve operator safety and track both powered and non-powered mobile equipment. The IZOD IndyCar Series is using Smartfleet Pro's web-based fleet intelligence virtual dashboard to monitor equipment operations, multi-bus engine diagnostics (accessing approximately 300+ engine parameters and fault codes) and driver behavior in real time. This analysis is reported back from each transporter over the KORE wireless network. The IZOD Indy Series is the premier level of open-wheel racing in North America, with 17 total races, including Toronto, Edmonton and numerous other locations in the U.S. and other countries.

This includes nine devices in the telehealth market, 14 devices in the payment processing market and 15 devices in the utilities industry.
