PRiSMPro provides proactive threshold monitoring with email alerts of unexpected, excessive usage or fraudulent use by allowing customers to set usage thresholds. This can be done on a per device basis, should varying usage patterns among individual devices be desired or expected; or across all devices, should a more universal or consistent usage pattern be the expected behaviour.
Automated and large-scale implementations are also supported through a high-capacity API for full integration directly into M2M applications, as well as enterprise IT and backend systems.
Additionally, KORE provides an API that supports XML Web-services, which allows customers to securely integrate all device activation and management capabilities through an encrypted Web interface directly into their business logic. This optional integration method serves as a way to streamline business operations and increase customer productivity.
